Markham Powerlifting is an inclusive powerlifting program focusing on building strength in the primary compound lifts: squat, bench press, and deadlift.

We offer a multitude of programs for any level of athlete - beginner to advanced - with the primary goal to build strength. We also offer a competitive stream for anyone looking to compete whether for the first time or to continue from previous experience.
